Super easy bread loaf . This is a one loaf bread . This loaf comes out nice and soft with a moist center. Its vegetarian , no egg has been used in this recipe. So i am sure lot of people will try it out. No special ingrdients required, but for yeast . So get a packet of dry yeast and lets get cracking er sorry baking ! 

3 cups of Maida or APF..all purpose flour or more
3/4 cup warm water
1 sachet of active dry yeast or instant dry yeast…7 gms.   
1teaspoon salt
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk luke warm 
Method 🍞 
In a big bowl , add warm water, sugar and yeast. Mix it gently to dissolve the yeast. 
Add to this salt, butter and luke warm milk.
Mix gently. 
Stir on two cups of flour, now add rest of the flour tbsp at a time, till it is over and mix with a ladel . It will be a sticky dough. 
Turn onto a floured board, and knead , if required add little more flour to make it into a nice , smooth dough. 
Put into a oiled bowl, now turn it over, so now  the top of the dough is also greased. 
Cover with a polythene or wet cloth and put it away for an hour. 
Remove punch down, all the air. Knead for 2 mts
Form into a loaf, set aside again . Covered. Let it rise for another 1/2 hr. 
Preheat oven to 375 F. 
Now take a sharp knife and make three cuts across or form a criss cross pattern . Sprinkle some flour or corn meal over it. 
Bake until golden brown . Remove . Cool . 
The loaf ready to go into the oven
